Description: This button will pan based on user defined click or Click-n-Drag.
User Interaction:
- Single-Click on the button.
- Single-Click on the map.
Or
- Click-n-Drag to define the next extent.
Requirements: None
Limitations: None.
Results:
- A Single-click becomes the new center of the map.
- With a Click-n-Drag, the end of the drag, where the mouse button is released, becomes the new center of the map.
