User Interaction:
  1. Single-Click on the button.
  2. Single-Click on the map
Or
  1. Click-n-Drag a box to define the next extent.
Requirements: None
Limitations: None.
Results:
  1. With a Single-Click the new extent zooms in one factor from the click, or about 50% of current extent.
  2. With a Click-n-Drag box the new extent is fit to the box.
