Description: This button will zoom to the extent of selected features in the current active layer.
User Interaction:
  1. Single-Click on the button.
Requirements:
  1. There must be an active layer.
  2. There must be selected features in the active layer.
Limitations:
  1. If there no selected features or there is no active layer then the map is refreshed.
Results:
  1. Zooms to the extent of selected features in the current active layer.
