Description: This button will open a pop-up for the user to view the attributes of the selected features in the active layer.
User Interaction:
  1. Single-Click on the button.
Requirements:
  1. There must be an active layer.
  2. There must be selected features in the active layer.
Limitations:
  1. There is a limit to 2000 selected features.
Results:
  1. After the button is Single-Clicked the view attributes pop-up will appear.
  2. A list of the attributes of the selected features will display in the view attributes pop-up (1).
