Description: This button will zoom to the scale specified by the user.
User Interaction:
  1. Single-Click on the text box (1).
  2. Delete all text regarding the current scale.
  3. Enter the new scale for the map
  4. Hit enter.
Requirements: None.
Limitations: None.
Results:
  1. The map will zoom to the new scale from the center of the map.
